hi guys,
during stage 3, they require a birth certificate. what if I dont have a birth certificate? do they accept an affidavit from my parents with a domicile cerrtificate or not? i dont even have a school leaving certificate. please give me advices.

I am a July 2007 filer. I filed for I-485 using the old fee structure and also applied for AP in July 2007. My AP got approved in 07 but expired so I had to apply for AP in Aug 2008. So I filed in Aug 2008 and paid $305 for AP fee. Now it's to reapply for AP as it expires soon; however I was under the impression that I wouldn't have to pay for AP fee again. I sent the forms to USCIS but the AP package got returned as they claim i don't qualify for free fling.

Anyone else in this position (I am assuming a lot of you guys are... please share your experience). Do we have to pay every year for AP?

I'd like to ask you a question since as I said before italian consulate is not that full of infos...i hope this is the correct section !

I filled up my DS156 online for a H4 ViSA Application two months ago, but then me and my husband who works in the U.S. have found out that we need an extra document, that will be issued much later. So we left it pending and never took an appointment at our consulate.
My question is: since the conditions and answers might be different next time, can I just erase my DS156 form and fill up a new one next time I need?
How can I erase it?

i'm going to visit him on christmas time to spend some time together, as tourist with VISA WAIVER... might I have problems enterning the us by custom service because i filled up this application time ago?

can I just say i'm going to visit my husband for that months being honest?

My I-94 extension (for L1B visa) was denied on Oct '08 and I returned in 4 days after they updated Denial status. Reason for denail is "lack of specialized knowledge". I am planning to apply for L1B again in next month (By showing additional certification). Can you please advice me

- is it fine to apply for visa again as it will be more then 6 months after it was denied

- Do I need to show the copy of denial notice during visa interview? Is there any thread available providing suggestions for those applying for visa again after it was denied earlier...

My employer mentioned that my job description is Senior Analyst in the application. Does that mean I have to be a Senior Analyst till the time I get GC ? Cant I take up another job like Architect ?
