I am trying to get I140 approval notice using FOIA G639 form. While filing this I have all the info but one section asks which document I am requesting and other info like location of that document.
How to know that. My I140 receipt and I1485 receipts start with SRC. Does this mean that I140 approval notice is also at Texas Service Center. With all the bi-specializaiton mess I forgot how things are now (where is I140 processed). If anyone have more thoughts please let me know.

My wife is currently working on H1B. She recently got her EAD through my GC application (I am the primary applicant). Can she use her EAD to work for her current company who is holding H1B?

So I am trying to create an ellipse which has a few bumps in its shape(path),
I want to be able to dynamically create new shapes that have a different
path each time a new one is created. Any one have any idea about how
to go abotu the concept for this?

You will not be contacted.
A new visa bulletin gets released every month sometime during second week. Keep checking for your date and when it becomes current, you can apply for I485 and if need be you can apply for EAD and/or AP.
Check the bulletin to have an idea on how long you will have to wait.

On June 26, 2009, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that the current edition of the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 (Rev. 02/02/09) will continue to be valid for use beyond June 30, 2009. USCIS has requested that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approve the continued use of the current version of Form I-9. Once the extension request is approved, USCIS will update Form I-9. At that time, employers will be able to use either the Form I-9 with the new revision date or the Form I-9 with the 02/02/09 revision date.

In an effort to increase aviation security, DHS has announced its "If You See Something, Say Something� campaign which seeks the public�s support in reporting any suspicious aviation activity. Also, DHS will streamline the pre-screening process for passengers and crews traveling to and from the U.S. by allowing the carrier to submit a single manifest to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's on-line data system.

Dear All,
I followed the instructions and clicked where indicated and the programme ran and produced �I�m all GUI inside�. However, instead of the neat rounded corners, I only saw square corners.
I am trying to design my programmes using rounded corners, which is why I read the tutorial and downloaded Expression Blend 4.
Please advise,

Does anyone understand what they mean by "Applicants entitled to immigrant status become documentarily qualified at their own initiative and convenience."
Does it mean that ppl file I485 at their own initiative (but thats not true since we cant file it until numbers are available), or does it mean that we should call USCIS and pester them and ask them "Is my application documentarily qualified ?"
Is that the same state as "preadjudicated" ?
Isnt it weird that AOS is the last group of people who get assigned numbers ? "CIS requests visa allotments for adjustment of status cases only when all other case processing has been completed."

This is complicated. IF you are a citizen or if your wife has any US.S. citizen parents, she can file I-601 waiver application. But if your wife made unlawful entry , departed the U.S and reentered the U.S, then she is subjected to a permanent bar, and she cannot apply for a waiver for a period of 10 yrs. You need to consult a good attorney.
